We are building the first open source Indic Subtitler project, you just pass a video in Tamil and we can transcribe in Tamil or translate in 11+ other languages including English, Malayalam, Hindi etc.

You can use these subtitles to transcribe your audio or just pass any youtube video link. We will generate subtitles in Indic languages and even have live transcribe feature.
