Why everything .js?

  1. Why everything .js?
  2. How come JavaScript become such popular that on each day new framework born.
  3. The main question is, do we need to follow them all? Is react.js/next.js/angular.js isn't much?
  4. Technically speaking, its all depends upon your use case to choose framework.
  5. All the Javascript framework comes with certain changes or file structure which i believe isn't much hard to catch up.
  6. Nowadays, Javascript is an all rounder player. Winning on every domain you name it.
