  1. Introduction about Kisanmitra and journey of 6 years and 17000 grievances and stake holders involved.
  2. Scouting for FOSS Help Desk softwares.
  3. Why we chose Erpnext
  4. Integrating Call workflows and other software into Erpnext for seamless access to counsellors when Farmers call.
  5. Covid and how we used this knowledge of running a helpline to manage a 100 volunteer team to support migrant workers and health crisis and dearth of a simple foss system which volunteers could use.
  6. Brainstorming with Team Frappe, t4glabs, IAS officials and our team.
  7. Learning: Making systems accessible to everyone important than having a perfect system and it being available to few.
