- Integrating Call workflows and other software into Erpnext for seamless access to counsellors when Farmers call.
- Covid and how we used this knowledge of running a helpline to manage a 100 volunteer team to support migrant workers and health crisis and dearth of a simple foss system which volunteers could use.
