Building a Self Sustainable OSS Community

An engaged and passionate developer community is the key to success for any open-source project. They're your biggest fans, providing valuable feedback and so much more. So inclusiveness, engagement, and, most importantly, self-sustainability give the developer community members a safe space to contribute and help guide the project's growth. It can be labor intensive, engaging with them through different programs, empowering them with educational content, and, most notably, providing value. This session will discuss how we've built and maintained a passionate community of developers across multiple platforms. A community that provides feedback, opens pull requests, and helps guide us in making the best product possible.
