Building E-Paper badges using Micro python

Epaper displays are quite fascinating in the sense they don't require much power and can do a lot of things, if you use a Kindle you've probably seen a lot of e-ink displays.

In this talk we're going to be discussing about e-paper displays, we will cover things such as what's an e-ink display used for, how can you program it and what simple stuff can be built using micropython, using C is really good for Hardware projects however it has a higher barrier of entry, micropython on the other hand is quite an amazing tool and can be used to tinker around with hardware easily.

In this talk we will also see how micropython can be used to build epaper badges that can be used for various purposes such as building cool badges or building on the fly displays that require low power.

The audience will see and learn how micropython can be used to program these boards, may it be a pi-pico or esp32.
