Quick peek at ZFS, A too good to be true file system and volume manager
We will look at ZFS its capabilities and use cases, along with its stable Debian port in Open Media Vault as well as in TrueNAS Scale.
Majorly focusing on features like: compression, encryption, snapshots, caching and data integrity checks & error corrections on RAID with high performance for use cases like NAS (network attached storage) in homelabs & beyond.
