The Power of Inner Source: Transforming Tech Companies from Within

The problem that my submission tries to address is the need for companies in the tech industry to implement inner source in order to improve collaboration, increase transparency, and enhance the quality of code. Inner source is a practice of treating code developed within a company as open source, allowing for contributions from multiple teams and individuals within the company. By implementing inner source, tech companies can improve the quality of their code, increase innovation and creativity, and foster a more collaborative and productive work environment. The submission provides a framework for how companies can implement inner source, including best practices and steps to ensure a successful implementation. The goal is to provide tech companies with a roadmap for implementing inner source, leading to improved software development processes and a more competitive and innovative work environment.
