Demystifying web3 : All about Automated Market Makers and Decentralised storage mechanisms

We all have heard about the Uniswap - The first dex which worked on the concept of AMMs rather than the traditional centralised order book concepts. AMM is a brilliant technology that goes under the radar quite a lot because most of the people don’t know or care about the statistics and the architecture associated behind it. In this talk i will try to explain how Automated Market Makers work under the hood and we will go through this complete process with an apt example of a uniswap token/Eth pool to demonstrate its working. In this journey we will also understand some economics terms such as Slippage, Token Bonding curves, Reserve ratios etc. I will continue this talk with explaining how the decentralised storage mechanisms such as Filecoin are now ready to disrupt and take over the centralised cloud solutions and we will understand through a live example of IPFS how decentralised storage exactly works and and also skim through the newly introduced FVM
